This is a training log for this past week with a little bit of fun stuff in each post.
"I had dreams of how i wanted to do this race. I wanted to run the whole thing and do it really quickly and whatever. But it didn't happen the way I thought it would. And I'm still a marathoner. "It wasn't until I got to Waxahachie and met with another physical therapist that I learned the problem. My flat feet caused me to be an overpronator which was running a shock up my leg into my knees. This was quickly corrected with Asics Gel Evolutions. Now I wear a mix between the Brooks Beast and the Brooks Addiction 10th edition (both seen above). My pain stopped, I was able to run farther and now I have completed many more races."
